End of Year Bulletin
Ok...after some goading by people (and you know who you are), I realize that I should write more. Ok, I'll fill you in on what's going on these days.

Firstly, I don't think I did very well last semester. I mean this is larger than the fact that I had a very impacted schedule. I think it also has much to do witht the fact that I'm running out of steam. It's getting harder to stay motivated. With me being pulled in every direction with the different things that I do, I've been forgetting a lot of stuff...important stuff, mind you. I've been scatterbrained before, but this was just plain bad. I ain't doing this again.

After finals was the winter break, a series of events occured. A family friend, John, got married 2 weeks ago and will be moving to Milwaukee for his new job. I had a series of Christmas gatherings with family and friends that involved me taking in lots of food. (particularly of turkey and ham). Jeez, and to think that I would never try this low-carb thing. I got to hang out with a lot of people I haven't seen in a long time.

Although I'm a little concerned that I'm not exactly living up to my exercise plan, I think I'm sustaining. It's probably because I've been catching up on Stargate SG-1 season 7 DVDs. Yes, I know. I'm probably gonna want to cry seeing Dr. Frasier die in this season. *sob* It's true...I have a serious weakness for pint-sized, adorable women.

During the down times, I tend to play strategy games. As of late, I've been playing a LAN game called Age of Wonders with Alvin and Gary. It's a strategy game of knights, wizards, monsters and what-have-you where you defend your kingdom and conquer your enemies. It's great because it really makes you think about strategy, especially if you are working with allies. Yes, it's a little geeky to be ensconced in this game, but I happen to like this sort of thing.

Got to do a little volunteer work. That's cool. Speaking of which, I may do Habitat for Humanity at some point in 2005.

Just now, Alvin ICQ'd me and asked what my new year's resolutions will be. I sat at my desk staring at a blinking cursor going..o0O(???). It hadn't even occured to me that it's that time of year again!

Well, I have much things to be thankful for in this holiday season. Friends and family most definitely. My hope is that 2005 will be promising.

Finals and Feet
Sorry I haven't written, folks. We're in the middle of finals week.

Also, my feet are sore from the 10k ruck march I did last drill. Still recovering.

More to come later, I guess.

OT and the Job
Is there such a thing as a professional job where you don't work overtime? I tend to think that there isn't. Just a thought.

Peacekeeper
I think my role in this world is a that of a peacekeeper. Even if by mere words and indirect influence...

Course Correction
I'm a little bit disappointed in myself. This recent pattern of behavior that I've been exhibiting just seems to say that I just don't care about a lot of what's around me. Some thing needs to change. I need to change. A change of attitude is more like it.

Friendster?? eh?
After some goading from friends, I've decided to add some tidbits of information about me on my Friendster account. I'll add in some photos when I have time. Before this disclosure of self, you can tell that I never really took it too seriously. Well, I guess I'll be a little more friendly and less anti-social. After all, they don't call it Jerkster, do they?
